But my review is a little bit more than the usual great service and great sales staff especially the girls in clothing. My experience started with having my bike dropped off for regular services. When it came time to get picked up, the service tech happened to drive my bike around and crash it. The poor guy fractured his leg and damaged my 2014 Fat Bob. Debating whether to trade it in or have it fixed, I decided to have it fixed. GM Chad Riddle personally handled my incident over the few next weeks of trying to accommodate me and transition the matter smoothly. Chad and Nick Deboerd did an excellent job fixing what needed to be done and made my bike 110% correct. Both were able to have a local painter match the custom paint without waiting weeks from Harley. Thanks again Chad, Nick and the ladies in clothing who are always helpful when we come”
