“I've been going to this Motel off & on for the past couple of years! What I can appreciate is you are able to stay for 21 days with out checking out if rooms are available! Also there is security and no guests after ten pm. I have also tried a few items from the menu, I recommend the club cheese burger it's so yummy! I love the waffle combo, and the bloody Mary with pickled vodka is a delicious hang over cure! The front desk is great with honoring price matching, house keeping does a great job cleaning the rooms, though usually spread a little thin , they have aways accommodated my needs. The building is older & so I have seen some creepy crawlers from time to time. The location is close to downtown phx ! There are a few options aside from the restaurant to eat in the surrounding area, the staff has treated me well thus far. I would recommend this motel even if your not a trucker”

“We've been there several times. Had a room by the hot tub, nice rooms. They were under construction other times. No biggie, I understand updating the place. The courtyard area is beautiful, get a room there if possible. The bar is great, awesome bartenders and great people to talk to. We've had rooms updated and prior to updating, all in all, not a bad place. I love the patios the most, it's a great place to relax outside with a cigar and a drink.”

If there was anything lacking it would likely be the lack of printed information about the park facilities like a map for rest rooms, trash receptacles, cable channel guide, etc. spaces are spacious and mostly brand new.”

“Literal heaven on earth. Was met with free food that came in the form of critters on the floor (such as cockroaches) that I snacked on when I got hungry during my 2 week stay. My wife and I are delighted with our honeymoon reservations at sand man motel. The last time I have been this excited must’ve been when my parents told me we were going to Disney land when I was 5. The walls were elegantly decorated with unrecognizable substances that really put character into the experience. Highly recommended!”

“The food is not just delicious but also huge!!! If you can't imagine how huge it is, imagine you go back to your grandma's house after you go to college, you tell your grandma "I need a small dish, I need to lose weight." and your grandma smile and bring you a huge plate of pasta. This is how I feel when I saw the "appetizer" come. the decorations are cute and sweet, the outside looks like a small vineyard restaurant in Italian. The host and waiter are super friendly, and knowledgeable. Everything is so perfect, the bee's knees are great for a start, and with fresh lemon, you can smell it. Salad is in the bowl, a huge bowl, which I thought they bring the Mixing Bowls from the kitchen. that pizza is the appetizer, so good, that we have to stop eating after we each have 2 slices, cause if we finish the appetizer, we will be full. sausage pasta and chicken pasta are great! creamy sauce and chicken is not dry, and has a chewy texture that has a bounce to it when chewed. If you wanna any family meal, and looking for Italian food, this is the place you should go.”

“This place is awesome. Usually these smaller business, "mom and pop" motels are overpriced, super uptight, and even downright rude in my experience. Not only is this place one of the most affordable spots around, it does not lack in other areas to make up for it. At least not if can be helped. I had one issue with my stay. The A/C in my room was out, so it had been temporarily replaced with a portable air conditioner. It was pretty warm the first day or so, but I was able to adjust the A/C to fix the issue and it was all good after that! I can't review badly for the A/C when $500 was spent on a portable one in place in the meantime until it was fixed! The owner is understanding and seems to be all about good business, the location is perfect (right next to a gas station and 50 ft from the freeway [w/out noise]), and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. 10/10 will stay again!”

“I just spent a weekend with my friends, as we do annually, in Scottsdale at one of your properties. I must say it was Fabulous. From the agents that met us at the house to walk us through and go over how everything worked, to increasing their cable subscription last minute so we could watch all the sports networks. Holiday Rentals is all about taking care of its customers. The grounds and home were spotless and very inviting. We won’t look anywhere else going forward. “We stayed here for a month and a half while I was working at the local hospital. It was very affordable and is an all age park. The park was very clean and quiet. It is fenced and gated with a code, and as a family of three with a young child, we felt very safe. The showers and laundry room and patio were modern and very clean, I would recommend it to young professionals and traveling families, as it was close to downtown restaurants and public transportation. We were close to many attractions and could easily get to well known hikes quickly.”

“I've never written a review for a vacation home before but the Arizona Vacation Rentals company surpassed my expectations and I felt compelled to share my experience. Communication was always great if I ever needed anything and If I ever had any questions. The process of renting the location was a simple and seamless. the information binder inside the home had all the information I could have possibly needed and was helpful. The home itself was fully furnished and felt welcoming. I instantly felt comfortable and everything was stocked from kitchen ware to towels and sheets. The maintenance on the location was top notch! Its obvious they have regular house cleaning done and the pool out back was maintained and clean. I enjoyed that the location was close to a main road and conveniently close to grocery stores, banks, etc... Overall a 100% wonderful experience and I highly recommend working with Arizona Vacation rentals whenever you are looking for a home rental.”
