This has been due to inflexible store policies and managers who can't think out of the box, choosing programs over customers every single time, to the point of rudeness. Today I needed something I can only get there. So I made a rare trip. I found what I wanted without a problem and when I was preparing to check out in the department as required, the department person informed me that the product was having a BOGO promotion and she had additional coupons for more savings, with the Rewards Card. I saved quite a bit on this purchase and I would like to thank Michele for her help and kindness. I may have found a Walgreens I can shop at again.”

“My doctor's office and mail order prescription company both have let me down during this process when I'm trying to get my insulin refill mailed to me. There was mailing issues and both places are closed today and I am completely out of my insulin. I called this Pharmacy knowing very well they don't have any of my records on file. I explained my situation to the woman who answered asking her if there's anyway I can have a one time refill for just one insulin pen to hold me off and she wasn't able to do it without my records. But she did recommend that I go to a minute clinic to see a specialist who can send over the prescriptions to them that way. I was so grateful. She even recommended that I go online to schedule so that I didn't have to wait. She was right. I went online and scheduled and would have been waiting an hour and a half if she didn't help me. Whoever you are, Miss, I am beyond grateful for your help to a complete stranger.”

“Another awesome experience at Countryside Animal Hospital. I went there for a check up for one of my dogs and brought my second one to teach her its not a scary place. My vet, Dr. Widener, was able to sit down and talk to me about specific medications for my dog and also they were able to do blood tests on both even though I only scheduled one appointment. Dr. Widener is absolutely wonderful and is so caring to my animals. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. One of my dogs is very vocal and excited and the staff thankfully never gets mad at us. I am so grateful for this place and won't take my four animals anywhere else.”
