“I've had TCH Plumbing at my house twice in the last few months. One time was to plumb my kitchen during a remodel. My wife was home and handled the coordination with the technician and the work was performed professionally and very cleanly. The second time I needed them was due to a backed up sewer line. “We had a laundry room water valve break and water was spraying everywhere. I got the main valve shut off and called Ground Zero for help. A technician was at my house within an hour and right behind him was a cleanup/restoration crew. They solved the problem and we were back in business right away. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful! I really appreciate the quick response to our emergency! Second time using Ground Zero Plumbing. Brian, an A/C tech came out today and installed a compressor hard start unit on each of our A/C units. Brian ran the tests and informed me that the units were well with safe parameters but I decided to install the starter assists just to extend the life of the compressors. He installed the units for half the price I was quoted by another company. He was thorough and pleasant which I greatly appreciated! Matt was very thorough with his inspection. He then gave us options and was not pushy at all. He will be invited back.”
