“I was a resident at Canyon Creek for 3 years. Back then it was an affordable place for me to live in and was the only complex in the North Valley with decent size grassy court yards for my dog. 9 months after moving into a 2 bedroom I needed to transfer to a 3 bedroom because my family was moving out to Phoenix. The transfer was smooth and Dianna has always been accommodating for me. Once we moved to the 3 bedroom a year later they started the new construction and I knew my rent would go up. Eventually, it just wasn't worth the money to live there for us anymore. We found a house in Chandler for 44 more dollars than the rent I was paying. Overall, we had a decent experience. Nothing major happened and when things came up it was taken care of. Move out was simple and I don't really have any complaints. The new amenities were great the last year we were there. Just didn't want to pay that much in rent for an apartment anymore.”

They have a Amazing office staff and Maintenance crew. It's a little pricey, but in the long run it is worth it. All your stores are within a couple of miles You also are close to Dog park, park for children, etc The police and fire department is also down the street. The Hospital is just down the street also. The staff at the hospital are Absolutely Wonderful and you are in pretty quick. You can see that I believe it was the perfect place to live.”

“Brent's place was the perfect spot for our recent trip to Scottsdale. The apartment was spacious, clean, and central to almost everything we were in North Scottsdale to see and do. Bedrooms were located on opposite ends of a hallway which allowed the ideal private setup for a father/son stay. Clearly written instructions made for an easy check in/out... and all communication was addressed promptly. The covered garage was an added bonus. There is a bit of road noise in the master bedroom but this, for us, was not a problem. BAVR is definitely a reliable resource when visiting the Phoenix area... ask for Brent or Spencer!”
