The property is well maintained, very quiet, friendly neighbors and very professional management. Hannah, the property manager is amazing, she's very helpful and really takes interest in others opinions, she's smart, very very caring, will help you in any possible way that she can, she's absolutely beautiful and loved by many in the community. Yeah the rent is a little expensive but where else are you going to find better quality apartments for cheap? It's all because of inflation but that's neither here nor there. “Pictures do not do this place justice. Stunning desert landscape views from every turn. Grounds are impeccable and the neighborhood is very secure and private. Just from our backyard, I saw birds of prey, bunnies, coyotes and even a bobcat in the distance! Pets are not allowed but that might be a good thing! Residences are spacious, luxurious and fully stocked. My unit in particular (Hogan) had bakeware, board games, an Apple TV, baby walker & 4 fireplaces. Clubhouse amenities are limited due to Covid but you can still order breakfast/lunch at the restaurant. Housekeeping is currently every other day. We had the in villa massages and I would definitely recommend them if you want to treat yourself. Countless golf courses & hiking trails nearby. A lot of dining options ranging from special occasion to casual a short drive away. You definitely need a car because it is a little isolated but worth it. Seeing wildlife from our "spool" (aka hot tub) really made the trip. We were very comfortable here and I wouldn't hesitate to return again.”

“I have been renting with Arizona Haciendas for nearly 3 years, and it is the best experience in a rental we have ever had. From the first meeting when we looked at our house, Paul Pietrzak has been absolutely amazing. Shortly after we moved in there were a few things we needed fixed, all it took was an email and we then had the handy man contacting me to schedule a time to fix the issues. Every time we have had an issue with the house (a dripping tub, a cracked window, or ADA accommodations) they have responded quickly and professionally. A fantastic example of how wonderful Arizona Haciendas is: Recently, we discovered our garbage disposal was leaking, I emailed Paul just before midnight on a Tuesday, less than 24 hours later he had a plumber out to replace our garbage disposal. No questions asked, no questioning if we broke it, he made sure it was taken care of. He even told me the name of the company that would be contacting me, that way if I had any issues I could contact them as well. Another example: About a year after moving into the house, our front window cracked. I emailed Paul with pictures, and he very quickly had a glass company out to look at the window, measure and order a new one. As soon as the new window was done, they installed. There was very little work on my end, and a very quick response. I love working with Arizona Haciendas, and we will continue to work with them for years in the future. I never have to worry about anything going wrong with the house we are renting, because I know if it does, Paul and his team at Arizona Haciendas will take care of it.”

“I must say, I love this place. I have read so many reviews on it and so far, I have not experienced anything of what those reviews state. I moved over here to be close to my daughter and I'm really happy I did. We have an absolutely AWESOME maintenance team, Brandon and Shawn are the best of the best. But, there are a couple issues that do need to be taken care of and the biggest one is the lack of dumpsters and trash pick up, and the 2nd issue is the website states we have Security, which I have NOT once seen any type of security or security company on these premises. Other than those 2 issues, I would highly recommend this place”
