“YouTube channel Litehouse12 I could hear my passenger front tire hitting my wheel well so I brought it in to get it replaced Ric Guerrero the store manager told me that I had an additional tire that was separating. I told Ric I can barely afford one tire. He said "let me go check and see if I have a used tire for you" he came back with a used tire that still had the factory strip around the tire, it had to be new. Ric asked me if I would like the tire, I explained to him again my financial situation, how I had enough money for 1 tire. He rang it up and gave me the total, I wanted to cry, because the total was what I had saved for 1 tire. “This location is HUGE but not overwhelming thankfully! I loved the wide range of items per category and area. It was super easy to browse, price items and compare styles. Paula was amazing! She had a cart working on something else but saw us looking confused and asked if she could assist. She was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive as we only had a 1 hour break to look at 4 different categories for our home. She added everything to a quote and emailed us. We couldn’t decide on a few things so we purchased 7 samples to think about. She said we can return the sample in 90 days for a refund. Great policy! I did run into a not-so friendly associate Macy. We were trying to get to a particular area and she was leaning over lounging on a table and gave us an attitude and eye roll when we asked her to pass by. I was shocked by her behavior to a customer but Paula profusely apologized for her colleague. I did speak with her manager Alex as this is not acceptable especially towards a customer. We loved the location since it was easy to find off the highway, good parking, a restroom and even snacks! I’ll definitely be back.”
