I recently ordered a new guitar online and a few days later received a phone call from the Scottsdale location informing me my guitar was going to ship from their location. The young lady on the phone let me know it was a open box item so I asked to speak to the manager. After talking with Randy I asked if because this was open box if he could throw in a case and not only did he throw in the case it was a super nice hard shell case and was on my doorstep the next day.
