“I received the most wonderful customer service from Luz today. I called to inquire how quickly I would receive an order if placed today and while on the phone I vacillated over whether I wanted 2 or 4 bulbs. She was very helpful and in the end I decided I would place the order through amazon pay after deciding if I needed anything else. I subsequently got very busy and forgot to place the order. A couple of hours later, Luz called me to let me know that someone had just placed a large order for the particularl bulb I wanted and only the amount I needed were remaining, so she was putting them aside for me until I was ready to place the order. I was dumbstruck by the level of customer service I received from her. She went out of her way to connect with me and let me know what was happening because she knew I really needed the bulbs. I’m beyond appreciative of her attentiveness, and it is service like this that will make me a repeat customer. She is wonderful!”

“I went in to Spruce Goose today with my boyfriend to pick out something nice for my birthday. I was expecting to walk in, look around and pick something and leave. However, I got caught up in a very kind talk with the owner who gave sound advice on life and future jobs as well as a little bit about his own life. He was even so kind as to let me wander out and show my jewelry to my boyfriend (who waited outside) before coming back in. He is such a kind and trusting person! I felt like a family friend walking into the store, which I have never felt before as most places tend to have hovering employees who are only interested in prices, and make me feel uncomfortable. Not only is the owner lovely, but the store itself is wonderful! The prices are very low for very beautiful jewelry. They have everything you could want; bracelets, rings, necklaces, earrings, you name it! I was very impressed by what there was to see, and how affordable it all was. This would be a great place to go to for proms, weddings, anniversaries, and the occasional “Just to treat myself” days. The jewelry is beautiful and the prices are low, so I know for certain that I will be coming back! I ended up leaving with a beautiful ring and also feeling like I had made a friend. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to walk into a store and feel like they are welcomed genuinely and kindly, and to leave having something beautiful as well.”

She was always checking in on us and asking if we needed her help with anything. She was consistently very thoughtful during our house hunting trips. For instance, she would bring lunch, toys and refreshments for the kiddos which was so nice of her. She would offer to go and take videos and pictures of properties when we weren't in town and would go that very same day. She was very responsive and quick to get us the info we needed. She was also very good dealing with the home builders to negotiate the best deal. She negotiated with 3 different home builders on our behalf and was very patient with us as we kept changing our minds. Jennifer was always insightful, professional and responsive. “To the POC of North Phoenix: I don't know about you, but I've had the hardest time finding a store with a variety of products for textured/natural/Black hair in the area. I've lived in North Phoenix for about 6 years, and I have been on the search for a beauty supply store with the top natural hair care brands WHERE I LIVE. After searching for all of that time, I've found the Holy Grail!! This Sally Beauty store has so many natural hair products for a North Phoenix location! These are products that I've been wanting to try for a long time, but wanted to hold the product in my hand before buying it. See my photo for some of the products that I was able to find! It was hard for me to contain myself, and I bought a lil bit of everything that I wanted to try for my kids ans myself. Also, Sally Beauty has amazing sales from time to time. For example, here in December, they are marking certain categories of products down by 50%! For example, one day they have shampoo for 50% off; the next day they may have conditioner for 50% off. One way to keep up to date with the Sally Beauty sales is by making sure to sign up for their text club and emails. Now that I've let you in on the secret, make sure that you still leave some products on the shelves for me too!”
