I have had the most pleasant experience, starting with setting up the reservation online with Linda R an Internet Sales Representative who helped me decide what size unit I should purchase. I met with Jenna the store manager at the New Lenox location today and she was everything and more then I expected! So nice, accommodating, helpful… I could go on and on! She really did make the process so easy. Moving is stressful already and I feel like I have found the perfect place to store my belongings, knowing they will be in good hands. I was trying to give her an e-gift card at checkout and right away before even looking at it be said we can't take that here and I let her know that it was a gift card and then she kept saying something about a membership and I said no it's a gift card and luckily there was another girl who was there and she stepped in and told her no we can take gift cards.”

“Not one to leave reviews. I really don’t bother to do so. However, the staff of this location are friendly and definitely know what they are talking. Hector and Evelyn (not sure If I spelled it right?) were able to Answer any questions I had in regards to the phone I purchased as well as my lines I already have. You’re greeted right away upon entering. Over all a good location With fantastic employees. Both have positive vibes and can make a regular trip to such places feel more than just a trip to the “phone store”. Especially with Evelyn’s smile. Keep up the good work guys!”
