“Our mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and within 6 hours we had to find a home to place her and choose a hospice care company. We were blessed to find Quality Hospice to come in and help care for mom while she was in the assisted living facility. Everyone we came in contact with from this hospice company was beyond kind and compassionate. These people really cared about our family and what we were going through. Linda Miller was our assigned nurse and we could not have found anyone better. She was always there when we needed her or needed supplies. The only reason I am not giving them five stars is because Mom died on Monday morning and it is now Thursday evening and the hospice doctor still has not signed the death certificate so that her body can be shipped back for burial. Our family is traveling from all over the US for the funeral which we haven't scheduled yet because there is no death certificate. This has been very frustrating! Everyday they have promised it would be signed and faxed by the end of the day but so far nothing.”

Emma said she would hold it for me till I arrived. Emma was very nice, helpful and very knowledgeable. We talked about gaming while checking out and she recommended the two year extended warranty on my new unit and i agreed. A few months after I had to exchange my new controller when the joy stick stuck and it was exchanged with no hassle. “I took my Peking Chinese rug to Rug Treasures in Scottsdale to find out if he could clean and rebound it, and the cost. I have spoken with several rug dealers. Raj at Rug Treasures was the first to spend the time to inspect the rug. He knew everything about the rug, it’s province, how it was made, and was pleasant and happy to share this information with my son and I, unlike other dealers We had attempted to speak with. Unlike Raj, we were rushed out the door when I explained I could not afford to clean and have the rug rebound just yet. Raj advised me what needed done, gave a more than fair price, and even gave me a verbal appraisal. Without charging me. I was told by others to use a marker bed to cover the white background spots. Raj said he would match the colors using proper dyes and do each spot individually, the way Re rug was created. He properly folded and tied the rug and helped my son put it in the car. This man is not only knowledgeable but it is obviously he has a passion and love for his work. I would not hesitate to recommend Raj at Rug Treasures for all your oriental rug needs. In addition to working on rugs he has an amazing inventory of all manner oriental rugs.”
