The Richfield location is no exception. I've definitely had to wait a LONG time multiple times. However, it is usually the customer, not the employee. For example, I waited 12 minutes last week because a woman's debit card wasn't working. It was clear it was declined because of her and the store was too nice to just tell her. That was sweet but also, probably needed to consider the other patrons. Overall, the employees are nice and they do a good job of restocking.”

They answered the phone in a timely manner and stayed true to their word about filling my medication. It's an older smaller store, but they really helped me out of a jam. I needed to be 970 miles away in less than 18 hours. They did however, cut off most of the huge play area and turned it into a meeting room it looks like. I wonder if it was a safety hazard or something but whatever.
