Dr. Prosise and her staff are amazing. The front desk is friendly and efficient. Dr. Prosise is knowledgable and has a great way of explaining things to adults and kids. We have also seen Caedran who was so calming and considerate working with my daughter on a painful injury. Very rarely do I walk out of a doctor's office with this many positive things to say - but I was impressed! And getting to enjoy a beautifully remodeled office is the icing on the cake.
The staff and provider were amazing! They made me and my wife feel so comfortable. The communication starting with my phone conversations to the actual appointments were very informative and professional. Everyone treated us so well and made this process a breeze for me. I highly recommend Dr. Prosise!
I was referred to Dr. Prosise by a coworker and I am certainly glad I saw her. Having never been to a dermatologist before, I found not only Dr. Prosise, but her assistant Cadraen helpful, kind, professional, and understanding of all my concerns. The office staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming! Saturday hours were super convenient as well! Very clean office with a great atmosphere!
Dr. Prosise was able to get me in on a Saturday to look at a lesion on my face that I was worried about. She removed it immediately which was so helpful since I travel during the week for my job. She also addressed 2 other skin conditions that I have had for many years that other dermatologists had not resolved easily for me. Dr. Prosise was amazing--I was very impressed with her knowledge and patient care, and the efficiency of the process and customer service were outstanding.
Dr. Prosise is AWESOME! She has the rare combination (for doctors) of extreme competence and a delightful personality. She genuinely cares about her patients. Recently, she performed successful face surgery on me to remove a deep cancerous growth Dr. Prosise did a terrific job with no (evident) negative effects-- I highly recommend her.
