“We purchased about 17 tons of 1/2 Sedona red rock and about 19 tons of 1/2 Sierra Verde rock. The red had a lot more dirt in it compared to the sierra verde rock. Delivery was okay; the delivery guy was very friendly, but did not have a very capable truck to unload rocks at an angle or go over a curb without difficulty. During the second rock delivery, one load was dumped on the complete opposite side of the property which resulted in us needing to rent the skid steer for an extra day which was not ideal. Could have been solved with a simple call before hand.”

“Had to do some work on campus and thought I would swing by the Bookstore to see if I could find a Gateway t-shirt or something while I was there. Great news, they have t-shirts! And snacks. And school/office supplies. And a charging cord for my phone. They have everything. I was super impressed with their selection as well as the customer service. The staff was friendly and helpful without hovering. They asked me if there was something specific I was looking for and then let me wander around after I said I just wanted to check things out. I noticed there was a huge selection of scrubs and stethoscopes which tells me they must have a lot of medical programs at that campus. I also noticed the bookstore was clean, neat, and organized. Overall I'm quite pleased with my t-shirt, charging cord, cool highlighters, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, and Reign Energy Drink. I'll definitely come back when I'm at the Gateway campus again”

His excellent communication skills and being available 24/7 for all questions and concerns really impressed me over the last 10 years. His grasp on the valuation process in aviation was impressive, because he can read the market well with his extensive research. So, when it came to liquidating my aviation assets, I called him and he was at my hangar within the hour and gave me an appraisal on the fair market value for each of the 5 planes and 2 plane projects. even though I was unable to sell these planes on traditional websites for selling planes, I was able to sell all 7 planes within a matter of days at fair market value.
