My interactions with her and the front desk were warm and enjoyable. I was made aware up front that they did not take my form of insurance and was instructed on the process I could use for submitting a claim myself. The professionals I trust with my mental/emotional health for therapy don’t take insurance either. Interestingly enough, they are first rate outfits, too. I’m noticing a theme.”

“Our condo was clean when we arrived. There were some simple maintenance issues that needed attending. The pool and hot tub were great and all of the grounds were lovely. The gas grill worked great and so did all of the other appliances. I do think that they should provide more recycle bags up front for guests staying longer than a few nights. We stayed a week and needed like four. The staff was lively and helpful. Over all we had a great time!”

“Everyone was super nice I went to go see if I could change up my glasses and probably tried in 30 pairs when I finally decided on a pair I ended up going back to my original ones. There was giggles but I understand it was crazy but all in all I was able to get my “new” glasses . Hopefully in a few months the insurance will renew and I’ll get the ones I originally picked out!”
