I feel you are wasting your money if you are paying rent on a lot in any of these mobile home parks in Tucson. MSV is 171 units and allows you to purchase the home and the lot together.
The monthly assessment fee is only $90 which includes a fabulous Clubhouse, 2 parks, swimming pool, workout room, pool pool.tables, card tables, two kitchens, shuffleboard and lots and lots of activities.
Prove to me there is a better deal for someone 55 or older, and I will buy you lunch!!
