My experience here was awesome! Jose was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had great customer service and multitasking skills which made the process of switching over so simple and easy. If you are planning on visiting this store, make sure you talk to Jose, he is great!

Today I met with Adam the manager of the store to upgrade my iphone. He was extremelly helpful and walked me through the whole process. He gave me clear insight into the differences between the phones I had in mind and the shipping process. It was a complete stress free process. I would completly recommend this store, all workers are helpful and friendly.

On the two occasions I have been to this T Mobile, I have had extremely positive experiences. The first was to purchase a new phone and the engagement was smooth and easy, and I was extremely satisfied with the phone I purchased (Pixel 3a). The second time, was to troubleshoot an issue, and Adam helped me out even though he really had no obligation to assist. II highly recommend this store and the crew that works here.
