  I have had really great luck with the technicians from Geeks2You. They are professional, competent, and good listeners. They answer my questions and are patient and clear, making sure I understand how to solve problems in future. I recommend this company to others over other similar businesses. Three different techs have come to my house and each was helpful and worth every cent! Excellent service!

  usually we get geeks2you for our computers and there are three in the house. this time i had a new TV with not a clue how to hook it up. Julian came masked and all hooked it up and made it very easy for me too use my computer too see films on my new screen. thanks Julian you have been great.

  We are in our 70s and tech naive. We bought a new computer and needed the info from our old one installed in the new one.
  Geeks2You smoothly performed that miracle in under an hour, graciously—educating us as they did the install.

  Rarely do I find a business that deserves 10 stars, but Geeks 2 You does. I bought a new computer at Best Buy and then was told their Geek Squad would transfer the data from my old computer to my new computer in one month. What? How crazy is that. So I found Geeks 2 You and they did it the next day at a great price, and fixed a few other items as well. They are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and most of all very personable and caring. Hoping not to have computer issues, but if I do they are who I will go to and I strongly recommend them to all.

  After upgrading to Microsoft Office 365—the subscription service--I spent six months trying to get the Outlook calendar, contacts and tasks to sync with my iPhone. I tried another computer tech, many calls to Microsoft support, many calls to Apple support, many calls to Companion Link support (the third party software I had used before switching to MS Office 365). After spending hundreds of dollars and many, many hours of my time trying to get this to work, I called Geeks2You. And thankfully I got Morgan as my tech. After transferring all my data to a new laptop, Morgan took on the challenge of syncing Outlook with my phone, and it wasn’t fast or easy. What impressed me most was his tenacity in finding a solution that really worked. He researched third party software and found a great solution, got it installed, and I am happy to report that after six months of aggravation, I finally have my calendar, contacts and tasks syncing between Outlook and my iPhone. And all this in the middle of the pandemic with Morgan in a mask and gloves working on my back patio. I highly recommend Geeks2You.
