  I cannot say enough or words cannot express my gratitude and living experience here at the Oasis Montclair!! The manager Melissa is the epitome of professionalism, and her team reflects her success in making the tenants most comfortable and safe here at the Oasis! I’m a retired United States Air Force Veteran and I have stayed at tremendous amount of locations and apartments serving my country. And I can honestly say my experience here at these apartments excels among the best. And I totally attribute this to the the actions and management of Melissa. The grounds are kept immaculately clean and great looking. And most of all she’s always willing to help and ensure the tenants are happy and satisfied. Indeed!

  I'm currently a landlord back home and a tenant here. I would like to know that the service I give my tenants I receive as well. Oasis has become my second home and I'm happy with the community and close proximity to shops, restaurants, and highway.

  I have lived at Oasis for almost a year and overall it has been a wonderful time! We loved the super clean pool in the summer and were thrilled when they put in the playground! The gym has a good variety of equipment, as well as the workout room with a tv to watch workout videos. The HUB where packages are left by Amazon and UPS is wonderful! I like the security of this so I know my packages are locked away until I have time to get them. The office staff, Melissa, Sean, and Danielle, are all super nice, helpful and friendly! I am extremely picky where I live and rent and before moving here I had a million questions that they were happy to answer for me. I would be renewing my lease here if we were not buying a home because it is close to the city but just just far enough away it’s pretty quiet. As with any apartment complex, there are gnats in the summer and noise from the neighbors above. This is to be found no matter where you are as I like to call it “apartment living.” If you don’t like this, a single family house is the only way to avoid it. Management is great at reminding all residents to be mindful of others and have great solutions for the gnats! They have sent pest control to spray and recommend fluids to put out to catch them. For an apartment, they do a really great job at keeping pests under control, as this is hard to do at most apartment complexes. The dog park is newly updated and super fun for the dogs! My dog will definitely miss playing there with his friends. A huge bonus for us was the netted balconies. We love to sit outside in the summer and it was really nice to do this without any bugs bothering us. We will always remember our wonderful experience at Oasis.

  The office staff are excellent. Sean is an excellent leasing agent. I knew that this was the place within five minutes of being on a tour with him. Sean, Danielle, and Melissa strove to make Oasis a home for me. They have been a tremendous help. I would definitely refer friends and family to this community.

  I have been a resident here for about a year and I just renewed my lease for another 13 months. The office staff is phenomenal! They are always willing to help and always great with communication. The maintenance guys are great too and repair requests are always promptly taken care of. All the buildings were given a fresh coat of paint over the summer and they look great. Other amenities have been recently updated including the play area for the kids, the dog park, and the new grills are awesome. The location is great as well! I feel the area is very safe for everyone.

  Absolutely great service! First time going there for an oil change, and I’m definitely going back! Very thorough technicians. Great pricing!

  Trustworthy business with experienced staff and skillful mechanics! More than once we have been impressed with the excellent service we received for both our Honda and Acura with oil changes, maintenance work and repairs.

  My '99 Civic needed new trailing arm bushings, and I knew some of the suspension bolts would make this a difficult DIY job. Based reviews and their experience with the Honda brand, I trusted Precision to do the job. They did not disappoint. I checked every part, every bolt, and every connection afterward, and the entire job was done correctly and neatly. I am very satisfied and would be willing to return to them for future Civic repairs I feel I cannot handle myself.
