Dennis evaluated my dometic refrigerator that was not working and quickly found the problem. Resourcefully, he didn't order a part that would have delayed the repair. He was able to clean and refurbish the part to be like new. Within a few short hours we were on our way with our refrigerator working like it was brand new again. It is refreshing to find a repair shop that is not just a shop that swaps out parts but repairs things. Carl's is highly educated.”
