  The park and trails were beautiful. The playground was well maintained. Just wish there was a bathroom.

  Love this place great park to walk through maps on the trail. I walk my dog here. A little overgrown in some spots and a lot of tree roots so be careful but really shady and peaceful.

  Just needed a place to get away, not so fast pace to kill time. I went here, just chilled for a couple hours. Its great! Heavily wooded oasis in the middle of a busy city.

  This had some nice walking trails. The paths were well marked easy to follow map system. Very flat terrain.
  
  Now I would not say it is handicap accessible. There were a lot of large tree roots that needed to be traversed. I could push my client who uses a wheelchair but it was not easy.

  Since I have been getting treatment at inspired healing I have been feeling more energy through out the day and my sleep has improved significantly. When I fist signed up for treatment I had so many aches and pains that I felt like 100 years old (I am on my 30's). Overall, my hip pain went away, posture improved, balanced significantly improved and no more random body aches. I am still in treatment and I expect that I will continue to get better!

  Dr. Joanne started seeing my 10 year old son a couple months ago. He was diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum when he was young and within the past year diagnosed with social anxiety disorder. He didn't want to go to school, the store, the park, basically anywhere there were people or noise. He was very closed off and didn't want to talk to anyone. He had basically became a hermit. Since he has been going to see Dr Joanne he has come out of his shell. He is going to school everyday, he has gone to skate country and he plays more with his brother and sister. He laughs again and is more willing to venture out in public. There are some days he will sit and talk our ear off now. We still have hard days sometimes but the difference in him and his personality is tremendous. I can't thank Dr Joanne enough. It's only been a couple months so I can just imagine the progress he will make in a couple more. Bringing him to see her is doing more for him than any doctor ever could.

  I didn't feel I had much time left but my courage and determination allowed me to find my way to Dr. Joanne. I've been able to find the healer within and I've made great strides since the beginning of care. The words that come to mind right now are, "I'm alive, I'm alive!" My heart is bubbling over with joy, gratitude, and love. My sense of humor is once again returning. I sleep more than two hours a night now and have more energy to live, I mean to really live! It was never about getting rid of the symptoms for me, I wanted to find that healer in me, to love and honor myself, which could allow me to uncover my talents and gifts that only I can offer to this world! I'm looking forward to my healing adventure and the results that it will bring! I'm very grateful to Dr. Joanne and her staff.

  Dr. Joanne Haupert has changed my life. I have been seeing her consistently for about 6 months now and not only have I improved my posture, I have gained height. I also no longer experience back pain when I go out dancing and I also am overall calmer and able to handle stress much better. I wish all my friends and family would see her.
