Cactus Forty-2 is a very nice apartment complex and it’s very close to a lot of stores and restaurants. I love the location and the units and pool area are very nice. Cactus Forty-2 also has 2 elevators for those of you who don’t like to climb stairs to your upper apartment. The leasing office staff is very friendly and helpful too. I was shown the property by leasing consultant Raymond Lopez and he answered all my questions and concerns and he was extremely helpful when I signed up for my apartment. He explained everything very clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. He also helped me pick out a nice unit with a good location. I highly recommend Cactus Forty-2.

I’ve lived at Cactus Forty -2, four years. It’s a great apartment complex. It’s a bit pricey, although it has great facilities. A pool, spa, exercise room that’s open 24/7. I didn’t give it 5 stars because they’re not storage rooms you can rent. There is also a lounge room for
parties or other activities.

I love living at Cactus Forty-2. My apartment is beautiful and modern. The property is very well-maintained. All of the staff are super friendly and accommodating. The maintenance guys are very friendly and helpful. Any maintenance requests that I submit, are always done efficiently and quick. I definitely recommend this to anyone that is looking for a great place to call home!
