Laid out the options, straightforward, and receptive, although he seems sales driven 4/5 Brett, harder to get a hold of than the president. And no I don't want gap insurance and never called Monday morning like he said 2/5 David, service was so prompt and communication clear, very hospital and made my service wait bearable 5/5”

I had forgotten my mask at my office and so I asked if they had an extra one that I could have and they didn't hesitate to offer me a new one. Always a pleasure working with Ryan when getting my BMW serviced: phenomenal customer service and I appreciated him his assistance in getting me in and out quickly so I could get on with my day.
