“This is hands-down the best place to bring your pet after he or she has passed. Unfortunately one of our fur-family members passed away due to heart disease. After she passed, one of the veterinary staff members asked us if we wanted to do cremation. We said yes and asked what company does the cremation. After some searching, I realized that they are based in Phoenix, which means they are going to ship my cat to Phoenix, cremate her, then ship her back. There is a truck that comes once a week that picks up the animals. This didn’t sit well with me. After some searching, we found the Pet Cemetery of Tucson. I called them and was told I could personally bring Kira, our cat, to them. They did want to schedule a time that was only about one hour away. I believe is the right thing to do to ensure that each person gets 100% personalized attention. I told the vet we wanted to take Kira, and we drove her there ourselves. The staff at the cemetery were so wonderful, kind, respectful, and treated our pet with dignity. They walked us through everything, let us take as much time as we needed, and let us say our goodbyes to our beloved pet. On our way out, she told us to ring the bell and take a stone (I think it was a memory stone). We picked our pet’s ashes up a few days later. It was the best quality service I could have ever asked for. The Per Cemetery of Tucson is also a calm, beautiful place. My wife and I spent some time exploring the grounds and looking at the different graves. If another pet passes, we will not take our pet anywhere else. With this said, I don’t think people should use the cremation services offered by veterinarians. We never will again. For one, it’s more expensive. The cost was $140 at the Pet Cemetery of Tucson, while the veterinary hospital wanted $408. The increased cost is due to the veterinary hospital charging additional costs for profit. You also don’t know who is handling your pet. Some guy picks up a bunch of pets and ships them off. The process is very impersonal, not transparent, and you don’t know if your pet is handled with dignity and respect.”

“All I can say is how grateful we are for Janet and Micheal Luna! 5 months ago we had to get the house ready to go on the market. Michael jumped in and fixed some repairs needed. Which was a major stress release! Janet gave her 100% to get the house sold. Unfortunately, things didn’t go quite as planned as that happens. And there was a few bumps along the way. Janet kept remaining positive and communicating all would be fine and the house would sell. Which of course it did. “Nice cashier behind the counter, clean bathrooms, typical prices for the snacks and beverages. Random little gas station in between a lot of nothing so is a nice place to stop when you "have to go" and there's a whole lot of nothing around! I'm always glad I know this place is here and I'm half way home and the kids pipe up with "Mom, I have to pee!" They're always friendly, and don't mind if all I do is buy a bottle of water, or a Gatorade, and have the kids use the restroom! I always make sure I buy a little something to make up for borrowing their restroom privileges, lol. They don't have a sign on the door that says "restroom for customers only" so it's not like you have to be a patron to use it, I just figure it as common courtesy. Highly recommend it as a quick bathroom stop for clean bathroom, and pleasant customer service!”

I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Patrick Marsh and Julie Morrison for the last 2-3 years and they've always been on time, attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. If we arrive early, we usually get into it rooms earlier than our appointment times and usually in and out of there within 30 minutes. The front desk staff is usually pretty friendly with us. They got all new staff a few months ago and the energy seems to have improved but I didn't have any issue with it before.”

“Visiting from San Antonio and brought a friend to play the course. I had played here about 5 years ago so I knew it was good. Cart attendants, pro shop guys and starter all very friendly and helpful. Course in good shape. Greens ran true and smooth. Lot of water on the course that you have to watch out for. It's a challenging course with several risk/reward holes depending on how far you hit your driver. It's the home course for the University of Arizona. Well stocked pro shop. Had lunch at the grill after. All the food was good. Highly recommend this course. You'll enjoy it.”

“I saw another reviewer say he'd give Hacienda Linda ten stars if he could....I'd give Hacienda Linda a *hundred* stars if I could. I stayed here back in October and I haven't stopped raving about it since!! Linda and Dan are absolute gems (so much so that I felt like I'd made two new best friends after staying just one night here). The property is exquisite and their home, which they completely renovated themselves, is lovely. For a luxury b&b experience, this is definitely the place to stay in Tucson--the King Suite is super comfortable and had everything I could ever want in a staycation. If you go, I would absolutely add on the dinner package--it is SO worth it. Definitely recommended!!”
