“I am so pleased with the service I received from Mark and Kathleen Sublette. In January 2019, I consigned a 7-piece collection of Indian jewelry with Medicine Man Gallery. Each piece had a pre-approved sales value. As the pieces sold, I was notified verbally by Kathleen and a check arrived soon after. The final and largest piece did not sell at the agreed upon price and a new lower amount was agreed upon. As part of his efforts, Mark sent the piece to another market and it has now sold (January 2022) . I was notified by Kathleen and the final check has been received. Easy access to freeway and Tuscon tourism sites. It made a good home base. Right next to the bike trails on the river. Tuscon is not a pretty city but has lots to see and do.”

“I am giving 5 stars because of Andrea, I want to say publicly that her customer service was world class. I went today the lady at the desk was extremely rude, she barely said hello to me did not listen when I told her I was there before, she did not want to make eye contact and proceeded to tell me I had no insurance without asking me, when I asked her why she was so rude, she said she did not want to deal with me because I was rude. She is clearly not suited to deal with customers, but I believe she chooses who she wants to be nice to. Andrea overheard our exchange and she came in like an Angel. Andrea found my insurance, spoke to me and treated me with dignity and respect. I manage over 350 people and I would never accept the way the young lady treated me from any of my employees. I have travelled to Europe and Asia and I am telling you Andrea is world class. I suggest Customer service training for the other lady. Andrea thank you for sincerity and kindness.”
