I went and loved it so much from the first minute. I signed up then and there for 2 x week private lessons. Why do I like it as a fitness modality? The equipment feels safe. The movement’s are interesting and creative I like how I feel stretching and doing core work. I always feel better when I walk out the door. The studio itself is just the right size, very clean and simply exquisite and not too far from my home. The instructors I have worked with are fun to work with, professional and caring. I find great value in learning these new exercises. I am a youthful active 70 year old hoping to be a young in spirit, active 100 year old.”
