Often times a gym can be intimidating but when you go to Snap people know you and it's easy to feel comfortable. That sure makes going much more enjoyable. Also, no matter what you fitness goals are, the trainers (should you choose to work with one) will help you reach them! The knowledge of exercise, form, injury prevention and most importantly - diet, is extensive. In 9 months I went from 19.5% body fat to 9% and put on 8 lbs of muscle. This was just last year, and at 55 years old. I highly recommend Snap Fitness Rita Ranch! I not only got physically fit, but I also improved mentally, psychologically and emotionally working with this staff and achieving results I've been dreaming of for a long time.”
