“I have been living here for almost 3 years. My experience overall has been fantastic. All the employees are friendly and very helpful. The community itself is an older one with that said it is very well maintained. Some apartments have newer appliances and other have older ones which in my opinion is not a big deal. The landscaping is very beautiful and well maintained they have a heated pool for the cold times in Tucson and have nice gas grills which I use very often. The rent is very affordable and for the price you pay I think you get everything one needs. The only thing the customer pays here is electric everything else is included with your rent. This is the first place I have rented and not had any issues with pest control. Overall I must thank the staff and management team for an awesome job they have done with the property. Keep up the good work!!!”

“New management is fantastic. They respond to maintenance requests immediately. My son put something in my toilet so I thought, turns out I was wrong. It was the plumbing. But reguarless they replaced my toilet within the same week. So I have a brand new toilet now. I haven't had a working stove, but I know due to covid it's difficult sending maintenance into apartments right now. So I'm understanding of that. They also waived all late fees when I lost my job due to covid and couldn't pay my rent for a month. They have a lot of heart, compassion and understanding for struggling situations. My apartment is very spacious, its quiet here and all the neighbors are great! The air conditioning works phenomenally, hot water gets super hot which is awesome! And the staff is super friendly! Toscana cove is definitely a great place to live!! I've been here for 3 months so far, and I look forward to living out my lease with them and possibly extending it if I would be able to transfer to a 2 bedroom eventually.”
