“Cactus Forty-2 is a very nice apartment complex and it’s very close to a lot of stores and restaurants. I love the location and the units and pool area are very nice. Cactus Forty-2 also has 2 elevators for those of you who don’t like to climb stairs to your upper apartment. The leasing office staff is very friendly and helpful too. I was shown the property by leasing consultant Raymond Lopez and he answered all my questions and concerns and he was extremely helpful when I signed up for my apartment. He explained everything very clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. He also helped me pick out a nice unit with a good location. I highly recommend Cactus Forty-2.”

“I like DR Horton as a builder at some of their other subdivisions but in this subdivision they are building all their homes with the same amenities inside, cabinets are all a very dark stain. Counter tops are all white quartz. Fixtures are the sAmerican. Different floor plans and square footage is available. I wouldn't want my house to look like just like my neighbors house. Bad idea for me.”

“Our condo was clean when we arrived. There were some simple maintenance issues that needed attending. The pool and hot tub were great and all of the grounds were lovely. The gas grill worked great and so did all of the other appliances. I do think that they should provide more recycle bags up front for guests staying longer than a few nights. We stayed a week and needed like four. The staff was lively and helpful. Over all we had a great time!”
