“They are good for the price. The upstairs front bedroom gets unbelievably hot in the summer and the air conditioner unit in the other room does not reach the front room. Downstairs is nice, I have 0 complaints. I have lived here for a year and the owners are very leniant on helping if you have a hiccup with rent. They worked with us and got us back on track. Very quiet place. neighbors are really nice! Maintenance is attentive! Overall not a bad place. only issue is the air conditioner upstairs needs fixed so everything stays cool in the hot summer.”

“I currently receive counseling here from Raelyn. I have had a great experience with her and felt she really listened to what I brought up and offered helpful solutions and is just really personable. While she was on maternity leave, I briefly met with Shelly who was also really great and personable as well. The building has suffered some lighting and air conditioning. However, the staff has also been really great and are not rude at all. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is considering. The negative reviews written do not at all measure my time here at all.”

The lady working the night of Jan 2 (MICK) was AMAZING.She was very attentive towards me n was very knowledgeable with the products. Also helpful in my decision making process. “This is the luxury hotel of self-storage, but reasonably priced. It’s also one of the only storage places in Tucson where a full-sized 72-foot moving van/tractor trailer can pull in and offload, which is why I chose it to store my household items from CT while house-hunting and remodeling here in Tucson. The managers Joel and Pete are very helpful and nice. The place is well lighted and spotless, and carts are plentiful enough that I haven’t had to wait for one. They carry most basic moving supplies in the store and also offer water to clients. The bathrooms are spotless, and all pandemic protocols are observed. It’s great choice for storage.”

They all fit me perfect. Now it’s my turn to give back and take the clothes that don’t fit me to Goodwill and give back. I don’t like shopping but this was FUN.
