“I am a new client here. I made a same day appointment for waxing and then had a haircut scheduled on a different day. Then an hour before my appointment I was suddenly vomiting and they got me re scheduled on the day of my haircut...with no negative comments about canceling on such short notice. I am happy with my haircut but I am delighted with my facial wax! I have massive amounts of facial hair and with COVID I hadn't had my lip done for a year.. I looked like the hairy lady from the circus! She got my fully de haired with minimal pain..my chin and eye brows look great too. I also like the whole vibe the decor gives off...it is very upscale looking even though it's not actually highly expensive. Negatives: They were 20 minutes late getting me in for my haircut, and no one mentioned it or offered me water, said they were sorry and ("you will be next" when they were almost ready). To get waxed you go to a big upstairs waiting room and no one was around anywhere...I didn't know if I had opened a wrong door or what was going on. But if you are a regular client and know to just go up and wait that isn't a big deal. Over all I am happy to be a new client ☺.”

“Dined in late 10:30 pm, food came out tasting delicious. Waiter was bomb and brought everything out quick along with water. We came in after being outside so it was nice to get that water refill. Got the Asian zing and garlic Parmesan which was so good, along with a large fry (and e already started eating so the photos aren’t full dishes, sorry was hungry) which was good for four. Only reason for the 4 stars is that it smells like a gym locker coming in lol food was still bomb though.”

All the folks I worked with from the Admin, folks on the shop floor, to the Manager were extremely friendly, helpful, and capable. The Manager is a very high-character individual as after I returned the repaired radiator for a second repair after I damaged it when re-installing it, he had his crew fix it no-charge. He now has a satisfied lifetime customer!”

A recent late evening fever and earache for our three year-old would’ve previously kept us awake and worrying if it was an actual ear infection or the flu that has been going around. With a quick phone call and the visit that followed, we got our prescription medication for $3 for his ear infection and a single dose of Tylenol. We all ended up sleeping well and we didn’t have to wait for his ear to get worse while debating to go in elsewhere. We are so glad to be a part of Direct Care Arizona. $15 a month for each kid is money well spent as it provides peace of mind having access to Trevor whenever we have questions and healthcare needs.
