Dr. Hoops explained in detail what our family needed to do to better our dental routines and explained it well enough for my 12 and 13 year old to understand. Everyone in the office took their time with us and even got us in same day for un unexpected tooth removal. Cindy was absolutely amazing and made my 12 year old feel comfortable during her procedure.
