  The sandwich was pretty good I got the turkey one. The large sandwiches are really big. I got a bowl of chili too, I don’t really recommend that. There was only one guy working there so service was really slow, waited about 20 minutes even though I had ordered online.

  At the time we walked in, the oven wasn't worling but one of the employees got the oven working when we were ordering. The customer service was good. Really fun and humourous staff. They made a stack of straws like jenga. Guess business was slow so one of the employees got bored. It was interesting and fun the experience I had. I'll definitely go back and recommend people to visit. Wish they had more of a variety of hot sauces. They were a couple of duplicates so not much to choose from. 5 stars when you get all of the sauces firehouse usually has.

  BEST DAMN SANDWICH PLACE IN SAN ANTONIO.! I've avoided this place for WAY too long! Omg! I've only been to two locations and the customer service is outstanding and immaculate. Such great attitudes from all employees and I think it's amazing that a percentage of their revenue is donated. Everything I have eaten is just delicious. I don't think I'll ever try another sandwich restaurant unless something else better comes along, but I don't think that will happen. Unfortunately I can only rate five stars because that's all this allows me to. Thanks Firehouse Subs!

  The subs are good, but for the price, I prefer Jersy Mike's as they seem more flavorful and you get more sandwich for the money but better subs than a Subway. It's nice to get Firehouse every now and then to mix it up. This particular location is convenient, never too busy, plenty of parking available and just happens to be next to my gym so a good option when you finish a workout and hungry as heck.
