The pharmacy girl went out of her way to have my script pulled from another store.she did it pretty fast with a great attitude.really it was relieving to me as I did not feel well bottom line she didn't have to .😆she could tell I did not feel well kudos on situation awareness and going beyond basic job have 2's. Also I checked out up front and picked up a pack of alkaline water when I told cashier the price that it was marked he had to call the manager well he came back and said I was wrong it was not 470 it was 11something . Well I walked back with him and took him to the display at first he was not close to wanting to honor the clearly marked item he said it was cokes fault and tough luck on me basically We had a couple of tame cross words about me being the customer and the fact CVS always has their items priced correct.by the time I finished checking out the manager extended the marked prize with an apology. WOW THAT WAS REALLY THE RIGHT THING TO DO AND IT MADE ME FEEL VALUED AS A COSTUMER.Im glad CVS is my new pharmacy with employeS whom are overworked but still care about service with compation and respect...MUCH GRATITUDE CVS”

Her ability is just amazing. The results that I've gotten with her as my trainer are.... simply amazing. For example in 6 weeks my bicepts went from 14" to 17"!!!! I'm 64 years old and just today I inclined pressed 135lbs 12 reps, 3 sets. All this in just a couple of months. I've been working out off and on for 30 years and had multiple trainers and Kat is, by far the best!!! If you are looking for a gym with a world class trainer, this is it. All I can say is LA Fitness should do whatever it takes to keep Kat as a trainer there. For me and other clients, Kat makes LA Fitness a world class gym.”
