“I really love this store, I wish that they had less empty items on the shelves in grocery. Its not like the shelves are empty but, sometimes things are out of stock for too long of a time. I would believe this is probably a condition of the pandemic and supply and demand. The workers are amazing! They all work really hard and are quick to serve. The manager is very personable, and seems to make a point of making a personal connection with every customer. I'm sure if they don't have what you need he would do his best to aquire what he can as fast as possible. Overall a great place to shop.”

“Dr Vaughan is the best. I just showed up to an appointment with my wife for the first time in 8 years. His immediate response was to call me by name and how it was great to see me. He remembered exactly when the last time had been. He remembers all of my children by name. His knowledge of medicine is incredible and is only surpassed by his genuine care of the children he treats. I am only giving 6 stars because that is the maximum I can give. We currently live in Mesa and still drive out to San Tan valley to see him.”

“Paul helped us buy our home in AZ in 2003 and sell it in 2021. He is amazing! He brings unmatched experience, financial acumen, and extreme attention to detail. I wish I could give him 100 stars! You may think 2021 is a sellers’ market, any realtor will do, this is very untrue. Yes, getting multiple offers over list is wonderful, but you must carefully vet each candidate. Paul was on the phone talking with other realtors, finance companies and expertly presented us with the data to make the best decisions. In an age where everyone texts and emails, Paul gets on the phone and mines exceptional data from each communication. Paul is a CPA so he can also offer critical financial information, but his greatest asset is his attention to detail. From the MLS listing to adjusting the MLS price as offers come in, pictures, drone footage, to vacuuming our carpet and skimming our pool as we moved out of state. With Paul, it felt like my smarter older brother was taking care of everything and I could just relax.”

“Very nice park. They are constantly upgrading the infrastructure and the appearance of the park. I've talked to some of the administration and they are friendly and professional. I have recommended it to others. I feel compelled to provide an update to my previous posting so as to not mislead anybody. It appears that in the last month or so, the appearance of the park has gone down hill. I see broken down vehicles in a number of places. One looks as though it caught fire right where it is. Another area has two or three vehicles broken down, expired tags, and flat tires. On the other side of the park there is a crunched up vehicle sitting behind a mo old home. Back to the other side is a large pile of debris in an pty space and back toward the front is a large oil stain on the asphalt. Now I see truck tool boxes on wooden spools, old sofas on the patios, and discarded furniture in front of some of the trailers. For the last eighteen months prior to this, this park took pride in the appearance. This does not seem to be the case now. I do so apologize if I mislead anybody before. Thank you.”

The owner was onsite when I dropped off and when I picked up today (04-06-22) You can tell he has great business integrity and cares about his customers.. Pricing was good.
