“I took our young sons in to open their first bank account with their own money. I thought I had an appointment but, as it turns out, I did not. After waiting less than five minutes, Connie said that she could take care of us, even bumping a phone appointment that had been previously scheduled for another member. That's the first pleasant surprise. In the end, the entire experience was enjoyable, which I don't normally associate with banking. Connie walked my young men through everything (when I say young men, I mean early elementary school). She explained how to keep their accounts and money safe, the processes that should occur every time they visit the bank, let them make their own transactions and sign their own signatures. I was blown away. Clearly she enjoys helping children learn about how to handle their money. I will likely make any appointment our family needs with Connie. She was awesome!”
