My son has all sorts of food allergies and it’s been very challenging to find a place to eat as a family that will be safe and healthy for him. Today I found it at IF Cafe. I just moved here from Massachusetts and there are not a lot of allergy friendly places back in Mass. Lisa the owner was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly and talked with us, genuinely wanting to get to know us and our story. We felt so welcomed and the place is adorable! “I had an amazing experience at this Supercuts! I was taken care of by Diane and I had a very specific hairstyle that I was wanting. She was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what I wanted. As I had a cut and a glaze which took some time, as expected and I had planned for this, she was able to take care of other customers with profound efficiency. She even stayed past the time she was scheduled to make sure her coworker, Stephanie was able to have lunch, and that I had a haircut that I was proud of. “This morning, I came in and ordered two drinks hot. A really nice guy that was training accidentally made them iced. I told the nice girl who took my order, Katelyn, and she quickly offered to remake them. They were done super fast, but they were out of drink carriers and I was carrying four drinks (very gracefully, i might add) and Katelyn saw me walking towards the door and ran around the counter to not only open the door for me, but my car door as well. Phenomenal service from her (the service is usually great but Katelyn went above and beyond). I feel it’s important to add that this was 6:30am on a Tuesday, please don’t expect them to be super quick or have the time to notice that you’re carrying multiple drinks if you come in when they’re super busy”

“I've been coming to this MD for years! They really do have a great crew, especially in the drive- thru! They usually get really busy, but the staff does a good job keeping up. I don't really like it too much when they have you move out of the drive-thru to wait for your food every single time. I think it's rude because it's my turn and I paid my money like the guy behind me. Then I have to wait for someone to notice my order and bring it to my car. They are not always on it either because it is busy inside too. (It was just a dbl cheese burger) It's not like it's going to take another 20 minutes for my cheeseburger to be cooked. It's literally another two minutes which is what, 120 seconds more? I'm willing to wait a little bit more behind someone for my food. I've worked drive-thrus in my younger years and mine was one of the fastest and most accurate. Waiting 2 minutes and 35 seconds 23 minutes is the correct wait time. Five minutes is the max. It shows more value towards your customer if you don't push them out of line. I could see it happening periodically but not becoming the norm as it has at this store. They've actually asked me move when there was nobody behind me. I politely said, no I will wait since there's no one behind me and I can just leave, and the young lady looked like I just kicked her puppy or something 😂 My order was ready just a few seconds later and I said, See, now was that hard? Relax and enjoy your job! Everything is going to be alright! 🤗”

I often feel in a rush to get to work because the current opening time of 8 am does not fully support those that have to work early but want to have a healthier option for breakfast than McDonald's, Starbucks, etc. I will continue to use your location but there have been instances where I cannot justify ordering from Deer Valley based on my time constraints. And although I haven't tried every pizza in Scottsdale, this Rosati's is the best I've had thus far. The traditional thin crust is perfectly crisp. The sauce and cheese tastes like the Chicago that I am familiar with. And the meat and veggie toppings are always fresh (I try different toppings each time). My choice last night was Canadian bacon, spinach, tomatoes, and ricotta. Very impressed. On Tuesdays, you can get one large or extra large at 50% off. I have already marked my calendar with one day prior reminders. Exceptional pizza.”
