“Had been looking for a first car for my teenager for weeks and found the perfect car within our budget, a 2005 Ford Escape.. David met me at the Sky Auto office on a Saturday and gave me as much time as I needed to check out the car, test drive (a couple of times!) and added no pressure to the sale whatsover. David was even open to a tiny bit of negotiating when it came to off the lot price. He acknowledged everything that needed attention with the car and didn't try to hide anything or gloss it over. It was all up front and direct. I really appreciated that. I knew what I needed to worry about driving off the lot, and nothing unexpected came up after we got it home and had it inspected. All in all, we got a great first car for my teenager and we've not had any buyers remorse from the purchase. She called me with all updates as the job progressed. I was thrilled when I got the call the same day to bring in my motor home to connect to my car. Roger did a fantastic job showing me cars, asking questions, and gauging my reaction to find a good fit for me. He was also just a genuinely good person and good to talk to when we were waiting on financing information. Paul was able to work with me and my payment range(and use a bit of magic, I'm sure) even though I had some negative credit history. It was easy to tell he wanted me to be happy with every bit of the process, educating me on anything I had questions about. Finally, Lindsey did a great job teaching me about the news bells and whistles of the car, bringing me into the 21st century. I strongly suggest looking here first. The individual awesomeness and excellent teamwork these three showed to get me into a car I liked, with payments that met my needs, and the knowledge not to break things amazed me.
