“My 2010 GTR died randomly in my work parking lot and was not responsive to the push to start or anything. I was dreading having to get it towed to the nearest Nissan dealership and having to pay an arm and a leg for diagnostic, towing, parts and labor. Along with having to miss work to get it to and from the dealer. Right before I was going to have a towing company come pick it up, I posted on Facebook a quick description of my issue in hopes that someone might know what was going on. I had a few people reach out with some trouble shooting ideas that did not work. Joe messaged me saying he knew instantly what it was and offered to come to me (about 30-45 miles from his shop) at 8pm at night to help me out and fix it for a FRACTION of the cost the dealership quoted. Within 10 minutes of Joe showing up, car was repaired and fine and my anxiety was GONE! My GTR is my pride and joy and I am so happy with the fast service and the extremely amazing price. “I knew Kerry and his family when I was in high school, through my church, back when he had one location and starting his second. He was professional then and has carried that culture all of the way through his multiple locations. The staff are all knowledgeable, professional, and kind. The waiting room was like a living room with comfortable chairs, coffee and water, and TV. They got a simple oil change done easily and got me out the door but took the time to explain the type of oil and the miles to expect and only for 30 dollars. I have already recommended them to my family.”

“My car wouldn’t start because of my battery, I was stranded for about 5 hours With my jump cables, but couldn’t get any one to give me a jump. I had to wait overnight at a place of business. I called the AutoZone at 734 W Warner Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85233 and Armando answered my call. I was distraught and anxious about the situation and he was very polite, courteous, and patiently listened to me relate my situation and circumstances. He then asked me my info and expeditiously located my replacement warranty information. He assured me that I was covered for a replacement battery. I then informed him that I had no tools to remove my battery and no way to bring it in.... as a conscience professional Armando quickly put me at ease, he said “Don’t Worry... Were here to Help you” I felt relieved. He told me he would have someone bring the battery to me Annnd remove the old battery and replace it with a new one. He said he’ll call me when someone is on the way. About a half hour later, Armando called me to inform me that Luis was outside the establishment waiting for me. I thanked him and as I was hanging up Luis was calling me. I went out to meet him at my vehicle, he was very reassuring and very polite and courteous as well. He expeditiously made the battery exchange and was very professional in his manner to me. He explained to me that my account would reflect the exchange. He also said he wouldn’t leave me until my vehicle was started and, be absolutely sure that I wouldn’t remain stranded. I know this is a long review, but I felt it is only right to Speak Up and On somethings, when customer service people extend themselves to help you. We COMPLAIN LOUDLY when we feel that the service was bad and the people were too! Therefore, I want to express my gratitude and appreciation for the two men who were the Consummate Customer Professionals in this scenario. Thank you to the both of you, and by the length of this review.... know that I mean it genuinely. Keep up the Great Customer Service! I’m am glad that these two took care of me, Sincerely.”

“This is a very professionally run business. Everything is up front in regards to costs. They offer a shuttle service but I don’t know their mileage limits. Tire rotation is included in the service which is a bonus. They were very accommodating to me and it was appreciated. I will definitely be back. There are some other places that I have found that did not do all the services they said they would so choose a place with a great reputation.”
