The staff running the shop have significant experience with collision auto repair and will stand up to insurance companies to provide their customers with the best deal possible (after all, if you or a loved one were involved in an accident, you would hope that there would be people in your corner making sure you were taken care of, am I right?) Called Simpson at about 7:30 one morning after finding them on the manufacturers website looking for another option. Was surprised the phone was answered, and got the part on order less than an hour later. I’d guess maybe a week and I had the part in.
