“Finding an employee was a bit of a challenge. And their same type and brand yarn was split across the isle which was confusing. A lot of their store brand yarn was out of stock as well and had been for months apparently. Managed to make things work in the end, but they made me work for it. I was able to get my project made though, so wasn't a total loss. Didn't take my coupon or money off though at register. Will come back if nearest option, but if others are available will go to those.”

If your insurance allows you to be able to go to Doctor Puri for lung and sleep problems consider Doctor Puri you definitely will not go wrong I can testify to this I like to add this comment the staff in his office are not reliable an appointment was set up for a Sleep Study and it was canceled because the person had an accident but they were supposed to call and reschedule that was in March I called several times now and no one return the call or reschedule so although the doctor is excellent he really needs to check his staff I like to add to my comment an additional thought I know the office staff has a lot to be desired but now I think they take their attitude from the doctors while I was waiting for my insurance to change so I could return back to Dr. Puri I was going to Banner Sleep Study so when everything was in order I return to Doctors office and had a hard time getting an appointment on the phone so I made a trip to the office and finally got my update and the appointment. The visit after the exam determined I needed a sleep study couple hours before the study it was canceled and I never received a call back to reschedule in fact I never heard from them again. I went to my appointment back to Banner and the head doctor said everything was perfect and he had never seen such a good report. I asked him about a sleep study and he said that wasn’t necessary unless I just wanted to give him money with my record it wasn’t needed. With the comments from Banner in put me in question whether Dr Puri is really a good doctor or one that just wants to make money. I’ll leave that question up to each individual person who may be looking for a qualified sleep study doctors”

“BR ice cream itself is great if you like traditional, hard ice cream (I do!). I love that they have a new featured flavor or 2 every month to make it more interesting. This location has its pros and cons though. It's nice to have an ice cream shop in Central QC, and most of the time, when I go, the employees are at least attentive, if not friendly. You can sample as many flavors as you want, and they always have water and cups available for customers. They are really good about letting me customize my orders too. The thing I've noticed though is that there are frequently only teenage employees with no supervision, which means that no one is cleaning up regularly, they are antsy to close up when it gets within an hour of closing time, and a few of them lack basic necessary customer service skills and food service skills. I continue to go back because of the location and for some favorite flavors, but I do wish the owners would do something to take some pride in the appearance of their shop and in the way they train their employees.”
