In August 2019, he was my surgeon to release a painful trigger finger on my dominant hand which left me unable to cut much more than a mushroom. He also surgically released the ulnar nerves on both elbows. My hand is fully functional again and my hands no longer fall asleep at night or when I am gripping something. And I CAN grip things, and pursue all activities. My husband liked him so much that he is planning to have him do his shoulder surgery. I have several friends who were very happy with his work as well. And his staff are all very warm, kind and professional.”

“So far, I've met with two providers at this practice through the Virtual Care platform since offices are closed due to COVID-19. My experience has been great so far. During both of my appointments, I felt I was really listened to and received an accurate diagnosis and good advice. It's a little strange being a new patient and meeting providers for the first time this way, but on some level, I think the Virtual Care approach is a little more "personal" than a traditional in-person appointment, if that makes any sense whatsoever! As a point of comparison, I had visited a different practice after moving to AZ and had a frustrating experience. I felt as though I was NOT listened to, and that my concerns were NOT addressed. Despite being highly reviewed, that provider came across as being on a high horse and was very pushy & preachy. I took offense to that big time! So far, so good at Bayless, and I hope that when I get to meet the doctors in person, they will be equally kind & considerate.”
