He helped me pick out a great mattress along with giving me advice on a base to pair it with. He was informative without pressuring me to buy, and I left to think it over and make a decision. I called back the next day to order and they remembered the mattress I had looked at, it was extremely easy to get a delivery scheduled with pretty minimal lead time. Brought the fridge back and the super nice gentleman helped us unload it and actually just replaced the door right on the spot. So rad! Didn't have to wait for the replacement or anything. Great customer service and super personable staff. Not sure about these other reviews or their experiences. Mine was fantastic. I mean, bummer the fridge's door was damaged from the manufacture but the staff at this location were exceptional in helping to resolve the issue.”
