Explained what need to be done and how long it would take. We got quote from a few other venders to compare before we hired Peoria Flooring because they have the best price, no fuzz, and got the work done really really fast and thoroughly. I was really impressed by their customer services and responsiveness to my inquiries. Two days after I put down my deposit they were able to start the job. Two guys came in the morning and worked for a good 8-9 hours. They did a fine job and now I have brand new flooring that I love love love. Our house needs a lot of updates. John and PJ run an amazing business out of their home, which saves you time, money and the stress of high pressure, no-nothing sales people. We were able to customize a beautiful custom sectional in a hard to fit space, using very upscale materials which included the cushions and pillows. I am an experienced shopper so I know when I am getting a deal. Our sectional is comprable to what you can buy at Ladlows at a fraction of the cost. I cannot recommend this mom and pop business any more enthusiastically! Picking your own materials out of a huge chest of samples/inventory was stress free as PJ really knows her fabrics and the materials needed to built a quality product. The finished product was delivered in exceptional packaging and set up in our home at a very reasonable fee. Love, Love, Love!”
