“My daughter was in the Learning Center preschool for two and a half years. We absolutely loved our experience. The teachers are so great and she learned so much. It is an active preschool which is perfect for active little bodies. She got to participate in dance, ninja and gymnastics. They also learn ASL(sign language) and my daughter is so excited to continue her ASL training. She is sad to leave the Learning Center as she is moving on to Kindergarten but she will continue with her Dance and Gymnastics classes. I highly recommend this program for your little ones.”

It’s is affordable, compared to other gyms. Parents are only allowed to watch from outside. But it helps the kids stay focused. Drop them off and run an errand watch a few minutes then go to pick up. Or be prepared to wait in your car.”

“I practiced pilates at CBPWV for 4 years and absolutely LOVED it! The studio is beautiful and clean, the instructors are awesome, and it’s the best full body workout you can get. I love that anyone of any fitness level can do pilates here and the instructors are so kind, patient, and accommodating. I was a novice when I started and had never done any form of pilates/yoga/dance. But through Erin’s constant attention to form and her expertise, she pushed me when she knew I could do better and my form, flexibility and strength continued to improve with each class! They also helped me rehab my knee after a tibial plateau fracture and I have no chronic pain issues because of this. As a family physician, I have been recommending CBPWV to many of my patients with chronic back pain issues. So much of the time this pain is worsened by a weak core, and CBPWV is EXCELLENT at strengthening this. They are great about asking new clients about history of injuries and chronic pain so they can help them make the necessary modifications to get the most out of their workouts. Every class is different so you will never get bored and your first class is free so give it a try! I love this place and couldn’t more highly recommend it!”

“I love this place!! I am an older person (59), have a bit of weight to lose (70 pounds) and have had both knees replaced. Everyone is so welcoming and the trainers are wonderful and keep an eye on me so they can modify the exercises - I don't even have to ask they are so watchful - and they always provide encouragement! The energy is very motivating and so are the other folks who attend. They partner you up (and frequently I'm partnered with my daughter) and all my teammates have been so sweet and encouraging. If you are an older person who is just starting off - don't hesitate to join F45. Seriously, just give it a try...I say this will all honesty, I never liked working out, but the energy, support, camaraderie, and quick workout - I actually look forward to going now - and I feel so accomplished when I'm done! Plus they give you these fabulous cold damp eucalyptus at the end - that alone is worth it!!”
