“If I could give 6 stars, I would. Here's the deal. I'm 35 years old and I've never been inside any gym...ever. Wanting to take my health journey to the next level, I walked into Anytime Fitness. I kid you not, the level of pure support I felt from the 1st second I walked in, from strangers no less, was insanely overwhelming! These people didn't know me and I certainly don't have the body of a person who is accustomed to going to the gym. Yet, they were kind, understanding, and more than willing to help me. I met and had my 1st ever workout with Dalton. He was there every step of the way. He did a great job explaining and demonstrating each thing we did. He never once pulled out his phone, or left me to talk to anyone else. He watched my form and critiqued me when I needed it. All while positively pushing and supporting me to be my best, but also making sure my workout wasn't too much either. As for the atmosphere, they have music playing but it isn't so loud you can't hear people talk or that it drowns out your own ear buds. The facility is clean and organized and there are sanitation wipes everywhere so you can clean your area before and after you're done. I very highly recommend you check this gym out if you're even slightly considering joining one!”

Each and every workout is so different and (some) are even fun! The reward you feel after completing one is the best. The coaches… well they are amazing!!! From our first visit, we were impressed with the size of the facilities, the variety of machines and equipment, the friendliness of the staff, and the overall vibe of the atmosphere and the members. The location is convenient, the equipment is well maintained, the rooms are always kept clean, and I've enjoyed taking some fun classes with great instructors (although I do wish they had more of them). Then Fabio and Ronaldo installed tile in the mudroom and laminate flooring in the family room, and they were incredible! They worked so hard and so quickly, and their work was excellent. “the only complaint that i have about the Lamar spa is that it's not closer to my house. i guess it's a blessing as well though... or i'd be spending all my time there... This place is RELAXING, with great amenities, friendly and experienced staff, and managed that CARES! (we had a little glitch with our reservation and both the GM and the owner emailed and called us right away to fix this little glitch. THIS is what i call GREAT service. the CARE! My wife and I go there as often as we can. yes- it's not the cheapest or the closets to our house, but if you want QUALITY, you have to look for it. Guess what? - we found it!”
