“I’m 72 years old and have been to many dental offices and had many procedures done over the years. I had to have extensive work done last year so I chose to go to Aspen Dental which was a big mistake. They did two composites on two of my teeth and one chipped and they both developed decay under them. I had a feeling they were not done properly at the time but I let it go. I switched my dental policy to Martin Dental on Crimson and, as with any dental office, I expected the worse before I went for my first appointment. Right from the beginning the office was clean and professional and I was impressed. The staff was responsive and professional. My appointment was for 1pm and I was in the chair quickly. I saw Dr. Brian Kennedy and he was clear and to the point about my situation and explained what I needed to remedy my two composites and did so quickly. I can't even tell I have a composite on my canine tooth.I don’t know if you can use the words pleasant and dental office in the same sentence but my experience was very pleasant. I intend to continue to use Dr. Martins’ office in the future for my dental needs. Update 8-1-2022: I couldn't write a new review so I have to post it as an edit. I had my third visit for a cleaning and, again, it was thorough and as pleasant as a complete cleaning can be. Most other dental offices I've visited push deep cleaning even if it's not necessary. My prior dental office, Aspen Dental in Chandler, would not fill a cavity unless I had a deep cleaning first. They actually refused to do the filling so I had to have a deep cleaning to get the filling. According to the hygienist I had one border line pocket but it didn't necessitate a deep clean but it would be monitored in future cleanings. She explained how to properly clean the pockets, which I intend to do.”

I went for the full boardroom experience, the shampoo was so relaxing, had my hands dipped in wax, something I have never experienced. The haircut was very pleasant and the gal talked me through proper care and what to look for in my shampoo and conditioners! I will most definitely return. “I love coming to F45! I did a week trial in December and I signed up and started in January! They provide different sessions hours in the morning and in the evening. They have an app that you can sign up for future classes, which also tells you the workout schedule and what coach will be there that day. They demonstrate the work out before the session starts. They also have TVs on the walls demonstrating the workout at the particular station that you are at. All the coaches are super nice and they motivate you and make sure you are doing the work out properly, if not they do it with you so you can see the proper form. They have checked on me when they haven't seen me for a while and I've already notice some definition on my muscles. Overall it is a fun atmosphere to work out in. I wouldn't be consistent and burning a lot of calories at the gym by myself. Definitely recommend it!”
