The staff are very friendly, helpful and personable. I had to get a filling and a crown yesterday on my second visit and I was blown away by how painless it was. I’ve gotten dental work before and it’s always been bad experiences but not with Dr. Dawson. She took her time, made sure I was numb and did an excellent job explaining everything to me. Her and her staff kept asking me was I ok during the procedure. Which I appreciated because all doctors don’t do that. They even offer warm blankets, TV and noise cancelling headphones to make you feel more at home.I got to watch one of my favorite movies while getting my teeth worked on. You can’t beat that! I can’t say enough about how great my experience was. But I will say this, if you are looking for a dentist, look no further. Dr. Vanessa Dawson is the one!”

“My primary care guy happened to find evidence of A-Fib and sent me to Pima Heart in Green Valley. The office staff on both of my visits was professional in checking me in with Covid protocols in place. They were nice and even fun. My Dr visit was with Kirk (as in the church on the glen not Mr Douglas) Gavlick. He was amazing. Super knowledgeable as well as completely in tune with the information he judiciously listened to from me. He is super interesting and downright hilarious. He set up a perfect course of treatment for me. The second visit was a follow up echocardiogram. The tech seemed a little brusk at first (it was an end of the day appointment), but was very cool, professional and open as we went through the process. I'd recommend these folks to anyone needing heart care; great experience.”

Your old tap and pay system I didn’t have to enter my pin. Now I do? What’s the point? I might as well use the chip reader option if I have to enter my pin. You see my point. It worthless and annoying. Please fix this. So far your the only tap machine I have to enter my pin as well. Hopefully someone cares enough to read this.”
