“excellent customer service. this morning I called the Sun Valley Medical store and said the big home oxygen machine they delivered yesterday was really loud.... a whine and compressor noise I didn't notice until the deliveryman left me in the silence of my reality SVM representative said I'll get replacement right out - no hesitation. Driver just left me with a temp replacement (he had a rental unit on his delivery truck) while they order/receive new permanent replacement unit.
