“One night I heared some noise coming from the attic but I was to tired to check and thought there might be pigeons on the roof causing that noise. However, the next morning I went upstairs to the upper floor and found the attic door ajar. Alarmed but not sure what to do, I shouted I'm gonna get the police. I left the house and went to one of my neighbors, a Surprise police officer. Off duty she called Peoria police through the non emergency line. To my surprise, they showed up in less tan ten minutes with 3 police cars and 6 or 7 officers. I told them my story, as well as that an owner of my neighborhood found a broken window to their empty home with signs of someone stayed in there for a while a week ago. The officers told me to stay away from the house because if there is an escaped prisoner up there he might try to take hostages. Of course I allowed them to enter my house for a thorough search. With their hands on their weapons they sorrounded the house and started yelling some commands and warnings inside my home. After a while they came back and told me that they checked the entire attic as well as the house with all crawling spaces to make sure nobody was up there or hiding somewhere in the house. They didn't tell me whether they found signs that someone was up there. However, according to the follow up questions like whether I left the patio door open, I figured out they suspected someone might have escapped while I went to my neighbor and waited for the police to arrive. Despite they couldn't catch anyone, they all were very very friendly and professional. When I apologized and told them that I feel embarrassed for calling them for nothing, they tried to convince me that this was the correct thing to do. They even insisted that it was no problem and that they were happy to ease my mind. Thank you so much for your service and all you do to keep citizens safe!”

“This office has it going. Arrived a little before it opened on a Saturday morning to find a fairly long line. My customer service number was 46, in less than an hour I was walking out the door, hassle free. This office has a huge parking lot and lots of seating. Everyone working within the office are helpful and polite. Unlike when I have had to go to other DMV offices I saw no one standing around chatting. This is not the closest office to me nor all that convenient but this is the office I will always chose for renewing my drivers license. This office ONLY handles drivers license and/or ID.”

“Great service. I had to do a brake pad replacement and picked up some rotors just in case I had to replace the rotors on my Impala. The guy in the morning helped my find the tool I needed to rotate my pistons back. We talked for a few and was easy going. I ended up not needing to do the rotor replacement and the older guy in the evening was very friendly and it wasn't a hassle to return the rotors I bought earlier. Overall great service with no issues.”

“RE: A Google User's previous comment- you cannot say that the communication between the teachers and the parents is bad at this school when they have a program like the parenting program. if you are not communicating as good as you would like with the teacher then maybe you should start emailing or scheduling conferences with the teacher. thats what the parenting program is for. you cannot expect the teacher to try and pursue you. AND the bullying at our school is far less severe than that of a public schools. i know for a fact that when a student is bullied the bully is punished swiftly and firmly. in fact there are many current students that have transferred to this school to escape bullying. if your child is being bullied then you or your child need to inform the administration. Do not assume the teachers are ignoring it. if your child says they are, then contact the administration. which brings me back to the communication aspect of your outrageous accusations. it makes me sick how someone could say these things about such a wonderful school. ”
